Words can’t express how much I love and admire Amanda!

I feel better, my shape is changing and. Ilove the workouts!

The fact that she has and understands Lymphedema is what sold it for me.

I had never done a workout in my life, and I was nervous, but Amanda put me at ease straight away. She’s so much fun! I can’t imagine my life without her now, and I feel. so lucky to have met her. If you are thinking about training with Amanda, I would say go for it! You won’t be disappointed.

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Despite working out consistently and eating very little to none as per the recommendation of most fitness trainers, I ended up gaining more weight.

Amanda taught me how to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that catered to my hormonal condition. Her methods were very different, and she cares deeply about her clients and their needs, and does not just go by the usual generic recommendations. Amanda is no doubt the best out there, and has been able to help me attain results that didn’t come from starvation and overexercising!

Amanda is great at working with me wherever I am – in my body, my space, and my mind.

One thing that has been most rewarding is that, while I feel (and see) myself growing stronger, I have not overdone it in a workout.

In three weeks, I’m getting surgery for my lymphedema, maybe the first of two procedures. I’m grateful to have found Amanda and started working with her in the months leading up to and following this. I’m grateful to know she’ll will be waiting for me when I’m cleared for action. As I said, she meets me where I am. And where I will be.

After about 10 months, I have lost about 50 pounds and many inches. I feel more energetic and stronger, and I have also lowered my blood pressure. I feel like a new person. We talked about anti-inflammatory foods, how to properly exercise to isolate the muscles, how that helps to break down the Lipedema fat nodules, compression & why it helps, & types of treatment options like MLD. She really helped to focus me on my process & set realistic goals. It was great to talk to someone who understands as she has Lymphedema (similar but different).

Amanda is awesome to work with, she pushes in an encouraging way & I still have her in my ear when I’m doing legs exercises at my desk!
