Living with Lymphedema can pose unique challenges to everybody, and it takes a lot of trial and error to get accustomed to a lifestyle that is both healthy, but sustainable. Through years of trial-and-error, lifestyle changes and unlearning of unhealthy habits, I was able to develop fitness programs that not only takes into account your schedule, your lifestyle, and even any pre-existing condition one may have, but emphasizes the importance of being able to maintain and sustain a healthy lifestyle.

I am now a mom-of-two, a full-time fitness trainer, and a licensed nutritionist. I have dedicated my life and journey to helping people with Lymphedema and other underlying conditions transform their lives by making gradual changes in their lifestyle.

I am passionate about helping people find the warrior in themselves that have often been hidden by diseases. Through my #StrongerTogether campaign, my aim is to help people reclaim their lives from the diseases that have made them feel helpless.
